Rank Structure

This Chain of Command should be followed at all times.

Clan leader(CNL)
Designated by red usernames on the website.
Upper Leadership member of the community and holds the highest rank and superiority in the community.
Has the right to promote or demote any member as they seek.
Aims to expand modern gaming alliance to new opportunities and to ensure its future growth and stability.
All clan leaders are equal in ranking, even though they may have different roles in the community.
Clan leader Roles can be viewed in this thread.
For someone to be promoted to Revolutionist, it requires a majority vote from all current Revolutionists to agree on promoting a District General to leader .


District General (DG)
Designated by orange usernames on the website.
Upper Leadership member of the community.
Assists Section Generals with day to day operations.
Helps with activities within their District.
Provides advice and instructions where needed to keep brigades in their District successful.
Has the power to promote or demote any member at the rank of Commander rank and below.



Section General (SG)
Designated by blue usernames on the website.
Upper Leadership member of the community.
Must assist Commanders with day to day operations.
Helps with activities within the Section.
Provides advice and instructions where needed to keep brigades in their Section successful.
Has the power to promote or demote any member at the rank of Commander and below.



Commander (CMDR)
Designated by green usernames on the website.
Brigade Leadership member of the community.
Leads a Brigade which typically houses 2-4 Companies of 30-60 members.
Maintains the activity, growth, and stability of the Brigade.
Makes sure new Recruits successfully join a Brigade in the application process.
Hosts brigade meetings and gamenights.
Keeps the Brigade Roster updated with current members and empty of inactive members.
Ensures their Lieutenant Commander is trained on how to properly run a brigade should the Commander be absent.
Ensures their Captains maintain their Company's activity, growth, and stability.
Has the power to promote or demote any member at the rank of Captain and below.



Lieutenant Commander (LTC)
Designated by purple usernames on the website.
Brigade Leadership member of the community.
Fulfills all Commander responsibilities when the Commander is unavailable or on Leave of Absence.
Hosts brigade meetings and gamenights.
Ensures that Captains maintain their Company's activity, growth, and stability.
There may be at most two Lieutenant Commanders at any given time within a Brigade.



Captain (CPT)
Designated by gray usernames on the website.
Brigade Leadership member of the community.
Ensures the well being of their Company, which typically will consist of 15-20 members.
Ensures all members of their Company are familiar with the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
Hosts Company meetings and gamenights.
Helps all members of their Company learn how to use the website and what it has to offer.
Assists the Commander of the Brigade with day to day operations within the Brigade.
Ensures their Lieutenant is properly trained on how to run a Company should they be absent.
Has the power to promote or demote anybody within their own company.
There may be only one Captain per Company.



Lieutenant (LT)
Brigade Leadership member of the community.
Assists Captains in day to day operations of their Company.
Fulfills all responsibilities of the Captain when the Captain be unavailable or on Leave of Absence.
Ensures all members of their Company are familiar with the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
Hosts Company meetings and gamenights.
Helps all members learn how to use the website and what it has to offer.
Has the power to promote members at the rank of Corporal and below at the Captain's discretion.
There may be only one Lieutenant per Company.



Staff Sergeant (SSG)
Sets a good example for all members.
Encourages other brigade members to be active.
Helps new members learn how to use the website and what it has to offer.
Helps new members learn and understand the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
There may be a total of two Staff Sergeants in a Company.



Sergeant (SGT)
Sets a good example for all members.
Encourages other brigade members to be active.
Helps new members learn how to use the website and what it has to offer.
Helps new members learn and understand the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
If a Company is divided into Squads, Sergeants are placed over individual Squads. They ensure the activity and stability of their Squad members.
There may be a total of four Sergeants in a Company.



Corporal (CPL)
Sets a good example for all members.
Encourages other brigade members to be active.
Helps new members learn how to use the website and what it has to offer.
Helps new members learn and understand the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
Introduces new Recruits into their brigades and the community.



Private (PVT)
Sets a good example for all members.
Encourages other brigade members to be active.
Helps new members learn how to use the website and what it has to offer.
Helps new members learn and understand the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
Works with other Privates on becoming more familiar with the workings on the community.
Helps new Recruits into their brigades and the community.
Eligible, but NOT required, to include MGA in the prefix of their in-game names.



Recruit (RCT)
Encourages other brigade members to be active.
Familiarizes themselves with the website and what it has to offer.
Understands the Code of Conduct, Honor Code, and any leadership member policies.
